It's time to get cooking on the Blackstone again! I love how easy it is to make a delicious and healthy dinner outside on our griddle! I made this easy Teriyaki Chicken and veggies tonight for our dinner! It was very tasty and want to share the recipe with you!
Here's what you need:
3 chicken breasts cut in bite-sized pieces
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
8 oz sliced mushrooms
3/4 cup of your favorite teriyaki sauce
1 t minced garlic
Canola oil for the griddle
Place chicken pieces in a gallon sized ziploc bag. Pour in 1/2 cup of the teriyaki sauce and the minced garlic. Seal the bag and make sure all the chicken is coated. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes. In the meantime, prepare your veggies, then oil and heat the griddle to high heat. Cook the veggies, chicken and the remaining 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce on the griddle, stirring often for about 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked and veggies are cooked to your taste. Enjoy!
