Ham and Broccoli Quiche


I love a fluffy quiche packed with goodness! This is perfect for breakfast, brunch or even a light dinner! If you have leftover ham from Thanksgiving , this is a delicious way to enjoy it!

Here‘s what you need:

1 T butter

2 cups cooked ham, diced

1/2 onion, diced

2 cups fresh broccoli florets, steamed to tender

8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

6 eggs

1 cup heavy cream


Preheat oven to 375. Heat the butter in a skillet and sauté the onion and ham until the onion is soft. Place the ham, onion, cheese, and steamed broccoli in a deep dish pie pan. In a bowl whisk the eggs and cream together. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the other ingredients in the pie pan. Bake for 35-38 minutes or until egg is set. Enjoy!
