Philly Cheesesteak Casserole


Who loves some Philly cheesesteak? This low carb casserole will not disappoint! I made this with lean ground beef, for a super easy version. The family enjoyed this for dinner tonight


Here’s what you need:

1 1/2 lb lean ground beef

2 green bell peppers, chopped into bite sized pieces

1/2 onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 t seasoned salt or to taste

5-6 slices provolone cheese

4 eggs

1/3 cup heavy cream

1 t hot sauce

1 t Worcestershire sauce


Preheat oven you 350. Crumble and begin to cook the beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. When it is crumbled, but still pink, add the chopped peppers and onion, seasoned salt and garlic. Cook until the beef is browned and the veggies are softened. Drain off the excess fat and then place the beef mixture in the bottom of a long baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Next, mix the eggs, cream, hot sauce, and Worcestershire together with a whisk. Pour this evenly over the meat. Tear the cheese into pieces and place on top . Cook uncovered for 30 minutes or until the egg is set. Enjoy!
