Air Fryer Steak and Mushrooms


Easy, healthy and scrumptious! That’s how I describe this delicious steak and mushroom dish! Made in the air fryer, so it cooks quickly! I mixed all the ingredients together and let it marinate a few hours and it was ready to cook! I know you and your family will enjoy this one! Here‘s what you need:

1 lb steak, cut into 1-inch cubes ( beef sirloin, strip or ribeye)

8 oz mushrooms, sliced

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

1 T olive oil

1 t dried parsley

1 t paprika

1/2 t red pepper flakes (or to taste)

1/8 t salt

optional: 1 red bell pepper, sliced


Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Stir to coat everything well. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours up to overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking. Drain and discard marinade. Preheat the air fryer to 400. Cook for 5 minutes, shake, then cook five minutes more. Serve with brown or jasmine rice. Enjoy!
