Air Fryer Lemon Garlic Shrimp

This is so easy and delicious, you will want to add this to your weeknight meal rotation! It literally takes a few minutes and requires only a handful of simple ingredients! You will love this one!


Here’s what you need:(2-3 servings)

1 lb jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 T olive oil or melted butter

2 t minced garlic

Juice of 1 lemon

2 t Italian seasoning ( plus more to sprinkle on)

1/4 t paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Red pepper flakes to garnish (optional)

Lemon slices to garnish ( optional)


Rinse your shrimp and pat dry. Place it in a bowl and add all the other ingredients except red pepper flakes and lemon slices. Stir to coat the shrimp well. Place in as much of a single layer as possible in the basket of the air fryer. Sprinkle on a little more Italian seasoning. Heat it to 400 and cook for 5 minutes, stir, then cook for 3-4 minutes more until shrimp is cooked through. Garnish with the red pepper flakes and lemon slices if you’d like! Enjoy!
