Asian Glazed Chicken Tenders

These chicken tenders were so good! My boys really enjoyed them too! Super simple to make! I made a quick glaze, browned the chicken and that’s about it! Perfect for any night of the week! Here’s what you need:

1 1/2 - 2 lb chicken tenders

1 T olive oil

For Asian glaze, whisk these together:

1/4 cup lower sodium soy sauce

1/3 cup honey

1 T olive oil

1 t sriracha sauce ( adjust to your taste)

1/4 t red pepper flakes

1/2 t garlic powder

1 t rice wine vinegar

Heat 1 T oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Brown the chicken well on both sides and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 165. Remove from pan. Mix all the ingredients for the glaze and pour it into the same skillet. Stir well to scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Bring the sauce to a boil then lower to simmer. Let it simmer a couple of minutes to reduce down some. Place the chicken back into the pan and spoon the glaze over the chicken. Serve with toasted sesame seeds to garnish if you want. Enjoy!
