Crispy Onion Chicken


All I can say about this super easy dish is YUM! This chicken was so juicy and tender! My Mom told me about this easy dinner she makes sometimes, and I decided to try it. I am so glad I did! You only need three ingredients! Chicken breasts, mustard, and French's Original Crispy Fried Onions. That is it! The whole family will love this one!


Here's what you need:


4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts ( 5-6 oz. each), pounded to about 1/2 inch thick

About 1 T yellow mustard

About 2 1/2 cups French's Original Crispy Fried Onions


Preheat the oven to 375. Put the fried onions in a ziploc bag and lightly crush them or put them in a food processor and pulse just until they are crushed, but not too fine. Spread each chicken breast with a thin layer of mustard. Spread the fried onions onto a plate. Press each chicken breast into the the fried onions to coat each side. Place the chicken on a wire rack on a baking sheet, or onto a broiler pan. Bake at 375 for about 25 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165. Dig in!
