Easy 5-Ingredient Broccoli Casserole


Need an easy and delicious side dish for Thanksgiving? This one will be a crowd pleaser!


Here’s what you need:

5 cups boiled and drained fresh broccoli florets

1 cup sour cream

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can French fried onions (6oz)


Prepare the fresh broccoli florets by boiling them just till tender then drain. You will need 5 cups of broccoli after it’s been cooked. Preheat the oven to 325. In a large saucepan stir the sour cream, soup, 1 cup of the cheese together until smooth. Stir in 1 cup of the onions and the cooked broccol. Add this mixture to a greased baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes uncovered until bubbly. Sprinkle with remaining onions and cheese. Bake about 10 minutes more. Enjoy!
