Everything But the Bagel Chicken with Cream Cheese Dipping Sauce



Talk about simple and fast! This juicy, delicious chicken was fantastic for our busy weeknight dinner last night! I love Everything But The Bagel seasoning, and turns out it’s great on chicken!

Here’s what you need:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

olive oil

salt to taste

Everything but the Bagel seasoning (also can be called Everything Bagel seasoning)


Cream cheese dipping sauce:

4 oz light cream cheese

3 T half and half or milk

3 green onions, green part, chopped

1 t Everything but the Bagel seasoning

1/8 t garlic powder


Preheat oven to 400. Place chicken breasts in a long baking dish, top side down. Brush each one with olive oil and sprinkle generously with the bagel seasoning. Flip these over and brush with olive oil and very lightly salt each piece. Sprinkle with the bagel seasoning. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165. Meanwhile, mix all of the sauce ingredients together with a mixer or in a food processor . (Add a little more milk if the sauce is too thick). Serve the sauce with chicken or drizzle it on top. Garnish with chopped green onion. Enjoy!
