Low Carb Parmesan Zucchini Crisps


How about a delicious low carb snack idea? Try these yummy Parmesan zucchini crisps! Simply made with only a few ingredients!


Here’s what you need:

4 small zucchinI, sliced into 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick slices

olive oil spray

salt and pepper to taste

1 to 1 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese


Preheat oven to 425. Place the zucchini slices on a baking sheet. Spray each one lightly with olive oil spray. Lightly salt and pepper them. Sprinkle each evenly with the Cheese. Bake at 425 for 17-22 minutes or until the cheese is a golden brown color. Allow to cool a little and transfer to a plate to serve. Yummy!
