Skillet Honey Mustard Chicken Tenders


Oh yeah, these are good! I made them in a skillet on the stove....super simple! These will please the whole family!

Here’s what you need:

1 T olive oil

1 lb chicken tenderloins

salt to taste

2 t ground mustard

1 cup chicken broth

2 T honey

1/4 t crushed red pepper


Heat the oil in a large skillet on medium high heat. Season the chicken with salt to taste, and the ground mustard evenly. Cook the chicken, flipping once, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165. Transfer the chicken to a plate. Add the broth, honey and crushed red pepper to the skillet. Stir to scrape up any browned bits. Simmer until it is reduced by half, about 2-3 minutes. Add the chicken back in, turning to coat each piece. Enjoy!
