10 Minute Salmon and Asparagus / Meal Prep Recipe

Updated: Dec 11, 2019

This is the best salmon ever.. so simple and easy but so incredibly good! This is a wonderful quick meal as well as a great meal prep idea. You can make this and it will keep in the refrigerator for up to three days. Enjoy!

Here‘s what you need: (2 servings)

2 Fresh Wild Caught Salmon Filets ( I removed the skin)

1 pack fresh asparagus ( hard ends cut off)

1 T olive oil

Salt to taste

Your favorite seasoning for the salmon ( I recommend McCormick’s Culinary Selects, Cedar Citrus Seafood seasoning)

Lemon slices for garnish

Preheat oven to 425. Place the salmon and the asparagus on a baking sheet. Brush the olive oil on the salmon and asparagus evenly. Salt it all to taste. Sprinkle your favorite, or my recommended seasoning, on the salmon.

Cook 7 minutes on 425. Then set oven to broil and continue cooking for two minutes more. The salmon should be very moist and flaky. Yum!! It’s ready to enjoy or save for later!
