Air Fried Panko Parmesan Zucchini Crisp


Mmm! Try these easy zucchini crisps in your air fryer! Perfect! Here’s what you need:

1 medium zucchini, sliced into chips

1 egg, beaten and lightly salted

3/4 cup Panko bread crumbs

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

olive oil spray


Place beaten egg in a bowl and lightly salt to taste. Mix the Panko crumbs and parmesan together in another bowl. Dip the zucchini slices in the egg and then press them into the bread crumb mixture to coat both sides. Lay them in a single layer in the air fryer. Lightly spray with olive oil spray. Cook at 400 for 12 minutes. Delicious!
