Air Fried Pork Tenderloin


Y‘all! I wanted to try cooking Pork Tenderloin in the air fryer and wow, I’m glad I did! This was so easy and the Pork Tenderloin was so moist! I love that the clean up is so easy with the air fryer! Use your favorite rub or make mine ! This was amazing!


Here’s what you need:

1 pork tenderloin (1.25-1.75 lb)

1/2 T olive oil

For the rub:

2 T brown sugar

1 T smoked paprika

1 t salt

1 t ground mustard

1/2 t onion powder

1/4 t garlic powder

1/4 t black pepper


Preheat air fryer to 400. Rub the tenderloin with the olive oil. Mix all ingredients for the rub. Rub it all over all sides of the tenderloin.

Cook in air fryer for 20-22 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145-160.

Allow the pork to rest five minutes on a cutting board before slicing. Enjoy!
