Baked Italian Pork Chops


If you need something quick to make for dinner.. give these delicious Italian pork chops a try! You probably have most of the ingredients already at home! This was a crowd pleaser!

Here’s what you need:

For Pork Chops:

4-6 pork chops (boneless or bone-in)

olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

2 t Italian seasoning

1/4 t paprika


For Veggies:

2-3 potatoes, unpeeled, cut up

1 medium onion, cut up

1 t olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

1 t Italian seasoning

1/4 t garlic powder


Preheat oven to 400. Place pork chops on a large baking pan. Brush each with a little olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle on the Italian seasoning and paprika. Next, place ingredients for veggies in a bowl and stir well to coat. Place the veggies all around the pork chops. Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 and the veggies are tender. I stirred my veggies halfway through cooking time. Enjoy!
