Updated: Jan 14

Y'all! These super easy Crock Pot Pork Chops were amazingly tender and delicious! Right now, we all need recipes and meal ideas that are easy and require few ingredients, and this one is perfect! The whole family will love these!

Here's what you need:

4-6 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)

1 envelope dry onion soup mix

1 can (10 oz) chicken broth

salt and pepper to taste

1 T olive oil

Heat a large skillet or saute pan over medium-high heat and add the 1 T olive oil. Brown the pork chops about 3 minutes per side, and salt and pepper to taste. Place the pork chops in the Crock Pot. In a bowl mix the onion soup mix with the broth. Pour this over the pork chops and cook on low for 7-8 hours. When it is done cooking, you can thicken the sauce in the crock pot by putting about 2 cups of the sauce in a small saucepan and heat it up. Mix 2 T cornstarch with about 1/3 cup water and stir this into the heated sauce to thicken. Serve the chops with the sauce and your choice of sides. Enjoy!
