Honey Dijon Glazed Salmon


How does a delicious, healthy dinner made in 10 minutes sound? This is so simple to make, but such a wonderful meal! Just stir together a quick glaze, brush it on , pop it in the oven and there you have it! The broccoli cooks right along with it in the oven too!


Here's what you need: (to serve 4)


4 fresh, wild caught salmon fillets

4 T honey

1 T soy sauce

1 T Dijon mustard

1/4 t crushed red pepper flakes


4 cups broccoli florets

1 T olive oil

salt to taste


Preheat the oven t 425. Place the salmon fillets in the center of a baking dish. Mix the honey, soy sauce, Dijon, and red pepper flakes together in a bowl.

In another bowl, stir together the broccoli, olive oil and salt to taste. Spread the broccoli around the salmon. Brush HALF of the honey mixture onto the salmon. Cook at 425 for 7 minutes. Remove from oven and brush the rest of the honey mixture onto the salmon. Set the oven to broil Cook on broil for 2-3 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon. Don't overcook! Enjoy your quick and healthy dinner!
